It would be good if on the 'see all announcements' page there was a column to include the class it relates to. Currently we have to click each one to see the class. From an overview it would be good to say, yes that is still relevant for the class.

  Thanks for your feedback.

  We're looking at adding an Announcement End Date, so that you could specify what date an announcement no longer appears in the Learner Portal, which may help in some cases (but not necessarily this one).

  Would you be able to elaborate a little more on the use-case where you might want an announcement to stop appearing for some, but not all courses?

   

  Because you can link multiple courses per announcement, displaying this data in one column in the table isn't going to be straightforward, so I'd just like to understand the problem in more detail.

  Hi Mark, I imagine it would be easier to just have an end date apply to the announcement, regardless of which classes it applies to.

  If we want an announcement to remain for 1 particular class then we could set that up as a separate announcement without an end date.

  Just being able to see at a glance which classes an announcement is linked to without entering them would be helpful to also manage if they need to still be on.

  Hi Mark, We have different announcements running for different classes so it would be good to see at a glance which classes have activate announcements.
