    Thanks for your post.

    Could you please explain a little more about the use case / the problem you're trying to solve?
    Do you want trainers to be able to update those custom fields in the App? Or just view them? 

    We're currently researching and designing a rebuild of the Trainer App, which will much more closely align the user experience to our modern features.

    As such, we're not currently making any further improvements to the existing app (except for critical fixes).

    However, I'll be sure to include your feedback for the new app.

    Hi Mark,

    That's great to hear.

    We are starting to use the custom fields in contacts to collect more specific information regarding sites that we visit recently. We have given the trainers update permissions to be able to update these fields however are there are other features they are using that require them to login in via the web link (uploading portfolio items) so view in the app would be a good start. 

    This relates to our organisational contacts rather than learners. We deliver short courses across many different sites and have a contact profile for each site.
