Assessment Element Access Start Date in Learning Plan

In our system, our learning plan modules are all open from the start - they line up with our UoC modules and we want the learning material available at the start.

Due to our setup, the assessments are also part of each module that is available from the start. I tried setting the access start date to be some time after the module start date via the learning plan, but this doesn't translate.

This means once we enrol a student in a learning plan, we are required to push back the access start dates on all assessments, etc, whereas it would be ideal if we could have this happen automatically to avoid risk - ie. so we can simply enrol them and know for certain they will not have access to the assessments as this is set from a higher level.
