Bulk Update Enrolment Status

It would be great to have an option under Bulk Actions to bulk update an enrolment status from 'in progress' to 'completed' when a group of learners do not complete an online course and are set as 'competency not achieved'.  The outcome can be bulk set to 'CNA' but at an individual enrolment level the learners retain the status of 'in progress'.  

When setting a CNA outcome at an individual learner enrolment level it does offer an opportunity to cancel associated SCORM enrolments but not at the bulk action level where it would be very beneficial and assist in closing enrolments rather than having to update one by one or leaving learners as 'in progress'.

    This would be great especially for AVETMISS Import data from other SMS to AX where it give enrolments an automatic status of "In Progress". We have still a huge number of imported data to sift through that requires each individual enrolment to be updated. The function 'bulk update" simular to the workshops function will be great.

    I agree, being able to bulk update enrolment statuses would be amazing, and help us in a lot of scenarios.

    I think any function that allows a bulk update would be well used. A lot of scenarios require updating numerous students enrolment statuses

    I agree, coming over from another SMS and ability to tasks/actions in bulk is limited compared to what we have historically been able to do.

    Also if their could be the option to bulk change to enrolment status to 'Cancel'. Would help us GREATLY.

    Yes, I agree.. Having a bulk update setting for status will be really helpful..

    Bulk setting the outcomes works, but having to manually update the status of every student individually is such pain.. If this can be done in bulk, it would save so much time, especially when there is a whole class in question..

    Yes agree. Frustrating that you can do half the job in bulk, but the rest has to be done one-by-one. Hoping aX can prioritise this issue!

    100% agree you need to be able to bulk update enrolment status.  You can bulk update all outcomes and dates / deliver mode but then one by one for enrolment status, very frustrating when you have a big class thanks Berni

    A bulk update option for class start/end dates would be incredibly helpful! Especially when you have a class of 20+ students and then the class start date has to be changed. Having to go and change every student individually is a ridiculous waste of time. Can you please make this a priority??!
