Ability to Report on Announcements

It would be helpful for audit purposes to be able to pull a report of all Announcements made in the Learner Portal - including if they were Global or, if class specific, what Class they relate to.
This will help demonstrate communication with our learners - something one of our regulators is "hot" on at the moment - but we can't easily demonstrate how we are using this area of the LMS.
