Adding Agreement functionality to a Learning Plan

Currently my RTO is sending PDF'd versions of Excel workbooks of a given student's Learning Plan to get them to sign it and return.
It would be massively helpful if there was a functionality in Templates or even directly through the Learning Plan that sends a Class's Learning Plan to a student and then they have to read through and agree to the Plan before they can access Online Assessment and eLearning content.
