RAPT Fee Type L

The wording the describes Fee Type L is incorrect. It says "Under 18" which isn't how it's described in the Business Rules.

Fee Type L is "Secondary School Age" - which might actually include someone who is over 18, and also may exclude someone who is under 18.

By using the qualifier "Under 18" there are circumstances where it will be incorrectly applied.

Can the wording please be updated.
