Courses with no learning plan or online assessments appearing in student portal

Hello aXcelerate.  It would be good if we had the ability to be able to stop courses that have no learning plan / on line assessments etc appearing in the student portal.  We deliver a specific workshop that does not have a LP or on line assessments but attendees need to be issued with a certificate of attendance - however when the candidates login to the portal to access other courses this workshop course appears and it confuses the people using the portal as there are no modules or assessments.  Due to its name it always appears first.  This has meant we have had to email students and explain what is going on and why a face to face workshop course is appearing as the first thing they see when logging in.  Need to be able to select the courses we want to appear in the portal.   I phoned aXcelerate and was told this is how the system is - please change it.  Thanks

  100% we should be able to control which class or workshop instances show in the portal. I agree this should be an option available to RTOs to ensure we control what is and is not displayed.
