Save manual template fields for all recipients

We send update and reminder email templates to all workshop participants which often contain additional information entered into manual fields prior to sending.

Currently you need to enter this and save the manual fields for every student.

In workshops with many students, people end up sending this externally (without the defined disclaimers!) as sending in aXcelerate would take way too long.

It would be so much better if there was a 'Save for all' button that copied all of the manual fields to every student.
