Conditional Attempts on Assessments

It would be good if we could set conditions on releasing additional assessment attempts. For example if a student gets 95% correct (actual % to be determined by the RTO dependant on the specific assessment task) then auto-release a 2nd attempt however students getting lower results require a trainer action (review, discuss, retrain, etc.) before releasing additional attempt. Include customisable information for students to be included on their results page for the assessment task that explains what will happen next.

Current practice is to only release one attempt and manually add more attempts after trainer review. This is time consuming, often unnecessary and can confuse the students who believe they only had 1 attempt and have failed.
