Suburb drop downs in Online Enrolment Form

In the online enrolment form the students enter their suburb however it doesn't populate with a pre-programed suburb meaning that we need to re-enter it for it to not cause an AVETMISS error. Could axcelerate just make the form have the pre-programmed suburbs available to avoid this issue?
