Making Students answers stand out

Is it possible to change the background of the students answers in the marking section so they are more easliy identified. I mark a lot of assessments and find it difficult to identify which is the students answer verses the Model answer as they both are the same colour. If the students answer had a brighter colour back ground it would make marking a whole lot easier and efficient.

We've recently received the same feedback from another user, on this topic found here.
Please note that the Student Submission and Model Answer were recently (unintentionally) moved below each other rather than side-by-side.
We will be reverting this change in an upcoming release to help differentiate between the two. However, I will ensure we record your feedback as well, as I do like the suggestion.
For now, I'll close this request and ask anyone else who wishes to add their comments to use the original request.
