Progress through modules of Learning Plan on failed assessment

For our pre-workshop assessments, we have our quizzes at 100% pass rate with 2 attempts. If the student doesn't get 100% after the 2 attempts we will get the assessor in the workshop to discuss the questions they got wrong before progressing with the assessment. With the Learning Plan if a student fails the completed assessment you can no longer progress unless you have selected "Modules may be attempted in any order". I don't wish to use this setting as I like the student to progress through modules sequentially for certain reasons. 

It would be amazing to have an option that allows the student to progress on a failed assessment. The overall module will say unsatisfactory until all items are passed but you will be able to unlock the next module if items are completed (regardless of passed/failed).

  I second this! It would be great for the next module to still unlock, if the previous has failed, or if the student has a re-submission to make in the previous module.
