Participant Booking Method - add client portal

It'd be great if aXcelerate could add an additional "Participant Booking Method" option for 'client portal'.

This way - client portal bookings are not flagged as 'Online' bookings for reporting purposes (helping to isolate website bookings vs client portal bookings).
