workflow indicator on templates (and saved reports) screens

Hey Guys,

It'd be great if there could be some kind of icon indicator in the templates screen which shows if the email template is being used for an automated workflow.

I'm currently in the process of updating all email templates, and it's a time-consuming process to check if the email template is linked to or being used for automated workflow or as a default template in the course type or qualification screens.

If this feature is possible - I would also suggest it'd be good to apply the same indicator into the 'saved reports' screen.

  Agree - I currently use a pre-fix 'workflow' in the template name so that we can see the template/report is being used in a workflow

  Good idea. We do the same as Helen at the moment but a built in solution would be better. Bit of a segway but it'd also be good to see date created / updated info on templates

  Hi Max,

  This is a great update, but I have to say, it's not quite what I was hoping for.  From a user experience point of view, it would be great if the table/list that displays when you get to the template/reports screen could include an additional column with a 'tick' or similar to indicate the template/report is used, here:

  I agree with Stuart, being able to see at an overview level with some indication on the list would be beneficial.

  Then you click into the template/report to see the exact workflow it links to.
