Work-based Learning App - Track tasks previously completed in learner and trainers app
We have been using the work-based learning app in a pilot program and there is the need to be able to actively track the completion of each workplace task.
When the learner adds the tasks they are presented with 'All skills', 'Recent', and 'Most frequent'.
Firstly, the language for All skills should be changed to 'All tasks' for consistency throughout the work-based learning feature.
Secondly, the 'All Skills' section should have an indicator on the task if it has previously been completed, rather than requiring a learner to switch between the recent and most frequent tabs to see/recall if they have completed a specific task.
A simple colour change/shading could be applied to a task, or perhaps a tick icon, to identify if the task has previously been completed.
It would also be beneficial if the Assessor could review logbook entries and then mark a task as fully complete when the learner has provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate the completion of the task and have this presented as such in the learner view.
