Add fields to Resource Library report

I'd like to see some additional fields added to the Resource Library report to assist with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.

We use the Resources Library to assist with tracking some of our documented information, we need to be able to see:

• When a document was last updated, 
• Who last updated it,
• Update comments.

If these display fields could please be added to the warehoused report, that would really help for a better review from a quality perspective.
