Ability to 'Remove' an organisation from a contact record in the "enrol participant" screen in course section.

It would be great to be able to remove the organisation name from a contact when updating their details in the "enrol participant" screen when enrolling through the course page. It will allow you to update the organisation name to a different one but when taking it out completely it does not update it.
