Ability to manage workshop locations

The ability to manage workshop locations would provide great aid to us.

Currently the workshop location (not delivery location) field opens with a free typing drop down box, but it also allows users to add any location they like. In our case, this has led to duplications and misspellings.

Ideally users would select the delivery location which would populate the workshop location, but unfortunately humans are fallible.
