Actionable warning notification where trying to allocate trainer who may only hold SOME UoCs

Currently the ability schedule a trainer / assessor who may hold some of the UoC of a short course is very easy to do.

 

Ideally there should be a stronger warning alert where this is about to occur - something that a scheduler needs to acknowledge or action prior to the trainer being scheduled for that short course.

 

This will improve the overall compliance in this area and less confusion

  Great suggestion. When configuring a short course and a user selects a trainer from the drop-down list, if the trainer doesn't hold all the units of competency, there should be a flag/notification alarming the user if they want to proceed. There have been too many instances in my team that they have selected trainers that only hold some UoCs to a course. This has led to confusion and then becomes a non-compliance issue.
