Academic Transcript improvements for Learner Portal viewing

The Academic Transcript is a great feature, however, it could be improved by giving the student the same filter options that are available to an administrator via the Actions tab - see below. A setting to turn this on or off would also be helpful.

This way the student could collapse or expand a particular section instead of scrolling.

Other feedback we have had from students includes:

• could the Competencies Legend be static and in full (not dynamic)?
• could you add a Download or export option in addition to Print?
