In house course Organisations

It would be great if there was a field for inhouse courses for the Organisation, so that when searching for courses via the 'search course > organisation' menu it would show all courses. Currently if the client contact leaves said organisation, therefore their organisation is removed from their contact record, it stops the courses from coming through when searching.
