If we set up the help requests as a chat bot is there any way we could have an audible notification (ping, ding, quack, bong etc ) that a request has been received. This would help in the response time, and elevate the need to monitor it from the dashboard widget.

  100% this is needed!!!!

  The bell/notification icon on the system could be used for something like this and it could be made to draw the eyes attention a bit more as well.

  We have just started using help requests and agree that some form of visual prompt would be good, maybe add to the notifications or have the number of new unassigned requests show in red against the help request menu
