Email report - one off

We have saved reports that we would like to send out ad hoc. Therefore it cannot be set up as a workflow. 

Currently we have to run the report, download it, and then attach it to an email/note to the recipient. 

It would be great if we could email straight from the report and bypass the downloading and uploading etc.
