aXcelerate backup options for student work and created assessments

We have noticed that the only way to backup student work is to download and save each PDF (one at a time). 

It would be really useful if all student records and work could be downloaded both in bulk and then into separate 'folders' (per student), so that we can retain a copy. 

As a side note - I have also been advised that if anything is deleted from aXcelerate e.g. created assessments (in assessment management) or student assessments etc, then these are gone forever. It would be good if there was a 'rollback' option somewhere, so that this can be avoided.

  This would be good to have a way of bulk downloading copies of assessments when needed.

  I also learnt the hard way that if something is accidentally deleted it is gone and not able to be accessed in staging or in the back end. So I have removed access for most people from deleting anything but then I have to be the one to delete assessment instances when someone adds assessments to a class twice.

  Hi Pip, that is a great tip thanks. We will update permissions also, until there is another option.
