Allow try-again password release - assessments

Hi team, 

We allow two attempts for our students before deeming them NYS. 
We ask the students to not attempt their second attempt until after they speak to their trainer to make sure they have the knowledge and aren't just guessing. 

However, a lot of students will just move forward regardless. We would like the option to have a pin number or something after the first attempt, therefore the trainer would just release it on the student portal when they can start attempt two. We would like to have the option of when to set this and on what attempt - for some courses we wouldn't do this at all (ie, non-assessable questions etc). 

Going in and providing another attempt in the admin screen is not really helpful, as trainers do not always have access to this at the time etc - but having this option in the classroom whilst the student is on their "try again" page would be fantastic.
