Sending notes

When adding a note to a contact profile there is an option to Email the note to another system user. This is a great feature that we use regularly, but it would be really helpful if there could be a system generated note linked to the same emailed note, to say it was email to x system user. (EG the same way a note can have an addition to it if it is edited/updated).

I know it adds an automated note to the system users profile, however this is often hard to find because our system users can have around 40 system notes per day on their profile, and if you don't know which system user the note was emailed to it is very time consuming to search multiple profiles to find out.

  I agree Bridget, tracking communication is highly required for many reasons. Just a cursory look has 4 other tickets similar to this asking for contact notes to track who they were sent to:

  I really believe this should be basic functionality. aXcelerate it would be wonderful if you could please consider allowing the ability to track who you send communication to via contact notes (in the contact profile the note is being sent from and the communication itself so ppl can see who else the note has been sent to). Thanks

  Hi Bridget and Belinda, I agree. When I create a note to email I add 'To Nicole/Jane' before my message so it is clear who the message was sent to as Ax does not record this information.
