General feedback workflow

Hi

It would be great to add functionality to "attach student's comment with this note to contact record".

Currently - if you "add this note to contact record", it only adds the note you are creating, which means if you want to include the comments from the student, you have to copy/paste it from a previous screen.

From a continuous improvement perspective - an RTO should be recording what the student's feedback was, as well as what action has been taken to rectify.
