Add invoices in bulk after workshop created

To be able to issue individuals with an invoice as a bulk action after a workshop is created would be very useful.

  Love this suggestion. It doesn't happen often for us, but when we need to issue individual invoices for a particular workshop, it's a long process to do it one by one.
