Change the Online Assessments for failed assessments so it is not exactly the same as the symbol for cancelled assessments

I think it would be good if the symbol for a Failed Assessment was not exactly the same as the symbol for an assessment that has been cancelled. I think it is confusing for people that the 2 symbols are the same.

See the image below, Failed on the left and cancelled on the right.

 

Perhaps the symbol for Failed could be an F instead of an X, so at least it is obvious that the two status are different.

  I was just about to make the same post, and then this showed up.

  It makes a lot of sense, but it’s sad to see that after two years, nothing has changed.

  Yes, it is disappointing that something small like this hasn't been actioned when it could be really helpful.
