Trainee USI URL dynamic field

The [Trainee USI URL] template field is great but, at least in my use case, it gives no indication to whether the USI is already verified or not.

It would be great if we could pair it with a dynamic field similar to [User Login Access Link Text], where the options could be "Verify USI ➡️" or "USI Verified ✅".

Another option could be to have a |USI Verified| checkbox field to show if it is verified or not. Both options would be ideal.
