Stop correct answer automatically pulling in order items

Hi Team. 

I have noticed that at times the "correct order" will automatically pull for students when using the order items assessment function.

This confuses students as instructions say to put it in the correct order, but it already is. 

Would be good to always pull an incorrect option.
