Untick Elective Units of Competency when enrolling in a workshop

When enrolling a student, core and elective units of competency are ticked. It would be great if the elective units could be unticked and can be ticked when required. Having all the boxes automatically ticked leads to errors when enrolling because not all people realise the elective unit of competency box is still ticked.
