Observation checklists - Student file upload, but not complete each item in checklist

It would be good if we could allow students to upload file evidence such as photos, videos and other documentary evidence used during an observation, but without exposing the entire checklist and individual items.

As far as I can see, if we mark the following

Task Visible to Participant:
Task Items Visible to Participant:
Participant can complete:

Then all items are visible to the participant and they can submit the entire assessment. It would be better if we can toggle off items visible, but still, allow the student to upload files against the entire attempt.

  Hi James,

   

  If you only select Task Visible to Participant and Allow File Upload the student will only be able to upload files to the overall assessment, they will not be able to see the individual question/criteria. 

  If you require the student to see the criteria we suggest placing this into the Overview/Student Information section.
