Email organisation contact - flagged for organisation notes

I am looking at effective client / organisation management and at present, there is no way to record all correspondence sent for an organisation. At present we can send email / sms to an individual organisation contact. The record of this communication is recorded as a note against the individual contact, but there is no record stored against the organisation.

The issue with managing communications this way is when personnel changes occur. If a key contact leaves the organisation and is replaced, there is no way to trace important correspondence.

Can we please have a way to flag an email or SMS sent to an organisations contact/s to be tracked against the organisation as a file note record?

  This would be really helpful for us as well. We have large organisations with many key contacts and it would be great to see a transcript of all notes relating to that organisation (Especially if we are looking for a particular record of communication but unsure who it was sent to).

  I would like to see this implemented as well. I would also like the option to email multiple organisations at once to communicate information.

  Following with great interest.  We are presently having to manipulate the system to enable continuity of record keeping when the key contact moves on. It is causing issues with the way we interact with the system in terms of creating reports and managing inhouse quoting and record keeping.  Could you advise of a way to communicate with, and store that communication with an organisation as opposed to an individual contact from the organisation please.
