Adding the Reporting State 'National (NCVER)' to reports

When generating a Course Enrolments report you can filter by and display the class State. The report will then display one of the following options:

• NSW
• VIC
• QLD
• SA
• WA
• TAS
• NT
• ACT

It pulls these values from the Reporting State recorded against each class:

As you can see in the above image, one of the available values in the Reporting State field is National (NCVER).

National (NCVER) is currently not available as a display field or as a filter in the Course Enrolments report. 

I propose that National (NCVER) be added as an option in the filter and also available in the display field. Alternatively, I would suggest creating an additional filter and display field in the reports so that we can see the exact option selected in the class. This might be helpful for those in NSW who have 3 options to select from and want to see the exact Reporting State selected for each class
