Ability to cc external email addresses in templates and merge docs

We receive consistent requests from employers to be cc'd into correspondence sent to their team members. The ability to be able to cc any external email address would be extremely helpful.

  Hi Ashleigh,

  Are you aware of the copy to feature in aXcelerate?

  The improvement I would like for your request is for the email address to be cc'd into the same email as the original recipient, and not sent a copy.
