Workshop access

On a students contact profile there workshop participation record is automatically minimized for past workshops. Our RTO delivers primarily short course workshops and within a couple of days after the course our admin staff need to regularly navigate between a contacts profile and the workshop they just attended, for a whole class of attendees. It would be great if we could adjust the settings to stop the past workshops being automatically minimized the day after the workshop - it's just one click to expand the menu, but our team have to do this many times per day and it's quite cumbersome.
