Send template to multiple classes

At the moment you need to go into EACH class to send a template to the student. It would be great if you could send a template to MULTIPLE classes at the same time. A bit like the document merge function - but being able to use templates. 

eg: I want to send the same template to all 7 of the Perth classes.

  Hi Natalie,

  Not sure if you're already aware but this is currently possible using the workflow engine.

  Perhaps there could be an easier way to do this in the future and maybe that's what you're asking.
