Key Contact - organisation reporting

Hi 

Would be great to have "Key Contact" as a report filter or display filter in the "Organisation Details" report...  This way, you could produce a list of organisation contacts and use it to inform automated workflows...

(I'm aware you can produce the key contacts list using the contact search function - but unable to use this list to inform workflows).

This option would support mail-outs etc etc.

  This would be incredibly helpful.

  At the moment, if we want to use the contact person for the purpose of emailing templates from the student profile, contact details need to be in the 'Key Contact' section of the organisation.

  I agree that this feature would be of great benefit and am surprised it has not yet been set up.

  It would be very useful to have a snapshot of all the current Key Contacts linked to Organisations in a single report to assist with internal housekeeping. In order to review the currency of our Key Contact details, we need to manually go into nearly 500 Organisation pages individually to extract the Key Contact details. It's a shame how long this exercise currently takes considering that it could be solved with one more report filter addition.

  Hi Jana,

  Can you generate a Contact Details (Warehoused) report and set the filter of "Contact is Organisation Key Contact" Equals "Yes".

  This should provide you the list of contacts you're looking for?
