Un-sync Learning Plan dates to Program Subject Status dates

Learning Plans are great and the auto-sync dates is easy, however once the dates are sync-ed, it is too difficult to un-sync them.  This process is so time-consuming and to have to do it one student at a time is just beyond anything that anyone would have the capacity to do.

I would really like to see an 'Un-Sync with Learning Plan' button where the 'Sync with learning plan' one is on the learners Program status page, as well as the bulk update assessment details and the Learning Plan views via the Matrix actually working to un-sync dates as these current do not do anything other than adding or amending dates.

The reason for this is when we have Trainees or Apprentices needing Training Plans, the dates are incorrect.  No student ever commences their first unit on their first day of their Training contract so they will always be out by weeks or months depending on the date the TC is set as.
