View of note context in note type search

As it stands the contents of students notes are not available to be displayed within the search results or the exportable spreadsheet.

It would be extremely helpful when exporting a spreadsheet it includes the context of the note type.

  Hi Celine, you can add 'Note' as a display field in the [Contact Notes by Users] reports.

  Live will only show you notes added as of today, warehoused will allow you to define a date range when the note was added but they only let you go back about a month.

  If you want to export the data in a spreadsheet though it will come out with all the source HTML code in the body of the note, so good to get the note text but it means you need to remove all the HTML text to use it for reports.
