Linking follow up task to note

Can we please look at adding the link to the follow up task within the note when created?

For example, when creating a note then ticking 'add follow up task', the note would include a little blue link to the follow up task. This way, if the follow up task is accidentally completed off or simply needs to be re-opened, we can use the link to return to the follow up and re-open.
