Learner Portal personal details and portfolio
Here's some things we would like to see added to the learner portal:
- We would like a note recorded in aXcelerate or some sort of historical record when a student updates their personal details so that we at least know who and when the changes were made. - Students have to provide different types of evidence depending on the program they're enrolled in, the funding they're accessing or their personal circumstances (e.g. citizenship). My suggestion is to enhance the enrolment documents section within an enrolment to allow the RTO to specify the portfolio documents that the student is required to provide and then have this specific portfolio document list shown in the learner portal. This would make it very clear to a student to see all items that they're required to upload and avoid the confusion of showing the student a series of random and unnecessary portfolio items to be uploaded.
