Term Address auto-populated on initial contact set up

We would like to see the Term Address auto-populated based on Postal Address fields when a Contact record is initially set up.
We use the online enquiry / enrolment forms and do not want to have to rely on staff to remember to manually copy over Postal Address information for Term Address (which is required for all VSL students).
It would be beneficial if the system could auto-populate the Term Address from the Postal Address information when a student record is initially created.
