Template fields similar to course attendance

We'd like to be able to create a template to use instead of the Print Workshop Attendance option, primarily for customisation to our needs, as well as branding.

I know there is the linked class, but for a number of our courses, students are booked in/linked via a unit of competency in their Certificate enrolment, therefore do not show up in the linked class.
