Workshops Participation Record

It would be really helpful if we were able to set whether or not timetabled workshops are displayed on a learners participation record/academic transcript.

We use timetabled workshops to record attendance as part of a unit so we do not need to see individual sessions and they are making the learners contact record very cumbersome and difficult to identify stand alone workshops.
