Certificate Issued Date field in the Result Outcomes section

Is it possible to remove the Certificate Issued Date field from the Result Outcomes section please?

You cannot issue a certificate from this section, so I am not sure of the purpose of this field.

If you inadvertently enter a date in the Certificate Issued Date, it adds a grey ribbon and includes the date on reports that makes it look like the award has been issued, when it has not been issued.
