When updating information on a Room like 'parking info' it would be good if this updating existing future workshops rather than having to update them all individually

Suppose we currently make a change on a Room in aXcelerate. In that case, this change will not update any existing future-dated workshops, meaning you have to go into each workshop, click to edit the venue on the workshop page, then click edit venue again on the venue page and then copy and paste any change into each one.

When you have many workshops pre-scheduled like we have, currently 92 for 1 venue, that is a lot of clicks when the update should push through to all the workshops that have that room assigned. There should be some way to bulk update, that is just too many time-wasting clicks.
