Reorder the Unit of Competency Table by Completion Date

We would like the ability to have custom sorting for certificate template unit tables. We're wanting to order the unit list by the completion date.

  This is exactly the same with what we need.  Can this be implemented? Or a way to manage the order of the units displayed on certificates would really help.
